How to Register
New Patients
Patients who are, or become, resident within our Practice boundary are welcome to apply to join our Practice[1]. To find out if you live within our Practice boundary please contact reception. We offer all new patients a full health check with the Practice Nurse. Please make an appointment through the Receptionists.
As a patient you have the right to express a preference to receive services from a particular health professional, and the Practice will endeavour to comply with that preference, although there may be valid grounds to refuse, in which case the reason will be explained to you. For example, the person of your choice does not routinely perform the service in question within the practice.
Any registered patient between the ages of 16 and 75 years who has neither attended a consultation nor a clinic provided by the practice for a period of three years may ask to do so. Similarly, a registered patient over the age of 75 years who has not participated in a consultation during the 12 months prior to their request may ask to do so.

[1] The practice does not discriminate on the grounds of race, colour, ethnic or national origin, gender, disability, medical condition, religion or beliefs, age, marital status or sexual orientation.
